| Item | Why | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Nickname | Showing your nickname in play | Kept until you delete your account |
| Email address | Recognising your account when you return | Kept until you delete your account |
| Password hash | Logging you in while we never see the password itself | Kept until you delete your account |
| Sign-up date | Handling support requests and abuse | Kept until you delete your account |
| The ID tied to your Google account | Only when you sign in with Google, so we know you on your return | Kept until you delete your account |
Nothing else is collected. We never ask for your real name, address, date of birth, phone number or any payment detail, since the site has nothing to pay for. Passwords are held solely as one-way hashes. The lawful basis is performance of a contract (providing the account you requested). Deleting your account erases all of it at once, using the button on your account page.
| Item | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Your coins, level, missions and game settings | Picking up your game where you left it | Until your browser data is cleared |
| Age confirmation | So we do not ask on every page | Until your browser data is cleared |
| Cookie choice | Remembering what you chose about consent | Until your browser data is cleared |
None of this leaves your device; it is never sent to us.
Google sign-in is optional, and the email form does exactly the same job. If you choose it, Google asks you to approve the request and then sends us three things: your email address, your first name (which we suggest as your opening nickname) and a permanent identifier for your Google account. We request nothing more: no contacts, calendar, Drive or profile photo, and no power to act on your behalf. Your Google password never reaches us. Google’s handling of the sign-in is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
We hold the identifier and email address, plus the nickname you confirm, nothing besides. Deleting your account here erases all three at once. You may also withdraw our access whenever you like in your Google account, (look for “Third-party apps with account access”), and the games carry on working, and you just sign in with your email address and a password instead. No Google script loads on these pages, so nothing reaches Google unless you yourself press the Google button. The lawful basis is performance of a contract.
Choosing “Accept all” lets us run Google Analytics and Google Ads tags, which measure visits and check whether our adverts lead to play, such as a first spin taking place. Google then receives your IP address, device information and those events. Choosing “Essential only” keeps these tags in consent mode, with no cookies and no advertising identifiers. Lawful basis: consent.
For security, our host keeps ordinary request logs for a short time. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
You have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict your data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw consent whenever you wish. Deleting your account on the account page wipes the account data at once; clearing this site’s data in your browser takes care of the rest. Complaints can go to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Only adults aged 18 or over may play at Play Orbit Quest Giant. All the games run on virtual coins with no monetary value, which can never be bought, sold, withdrawn or exchanged. You will not find a coin shop or a payment page anywhere here, we offer no prizes of real-world value, and doing well here is no sign you would do well gambling with real money.
